Crispy Baked Tilapia

Ingredients:

1 tilapia fillet
pepper
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1/3 cup seasoned breadcrumbs

Directions:

Preheat oven to 500°F. Season fillets lightly with pepper to taste. Dip in oil and dredge in breadcrumbs to coat. Arrange in a single layer in a lightly oiled shallow baking dish. Bake 10 minutes until golden, without turning or basting.
